Qualifications

• Undergraduate Human Resource, Business Administration, Business Management or related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management

• Have experience with training and development is an advantage
• Empathy, critical thinking, creative, and detail oriented is a must
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
