Job description

• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law
• Involving in end-to-end recruitment process
• Developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicator each department

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Human Resource, Business Administration, Business Management or related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational experience on Manager level is preferred
• Have experience with human resource is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work, both independently or collaborate on team project
